If you’re a mac user, you’re familiar (or should be) with the greatest application ever created. The holy grail known as Quicksilver. It is, without a doubt the most used application on my computer.

Now I personally use Apple + Tilde to open the quicksilver window. Unfortunately, I use this command so much that I’ve killed the key on my keyboard. That’s right, it literally does not function anymore.
I don’t know about you guys, but I live in quicksilver. Yes, yes, I know what you’re thinking. I can just switch up my hotkey to another key that does work. While that’s try Apple + Tilde has become a habitual motion that just happens when I want my computer to do something. I don’t ever think about it, I just Apple + Tilde.

The moment I figured out the key had died I just froze, completely confused as to how I was going to launch Transmit to upload an image to my FTP server. It truly feels as if I got home from work and someone had completely rearranged my room and now I can’t find anything.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that Tab died too. So entering in passwords and login information really sucks. Can anyone suggest a new keyboard that feels as nice as the Apple keyboards, but might have some more features?
